 How quickly after receiving an order can The Right Plan attend a property?

  • Subject to access, The Right Plan will attend the property within 24 hours.

How quickly can The Right Plan complete an order?

  • Usually within 24 hours of The Right Plan having access to the property. (3D walkthroughs will be produced within an additional 24 hours.)

Are discounts available for multiple orders?

  • Yes. Our price guide is based on single orders. Substantial discounts are available and are based on the number of orders placed per month.

How accurate are The Right Plan floor plans?

  • The plans show the general layout of the property showing approximate location of doors, windows, fixtures and fittings. We use a laser measuring device which is accurate to within +/- 3mm although allowances must be made for variations in the thickness of walls.

How are your floor plan dimensions shown?

  • If requested, room dimensions can be shown in both imperial and/or metric together with the approximate gross internal floor area of the property.

Can floor plans be tailored to our requirements?

  • Yes. For example we can produce plans to reflect your corporate identity in terms of colour and fonts etc.

Are your digital photographs of suitable quality for inclusion on sales particulars?

  • Yes. We supply high-resolution digital images suitable for enlargement up to A4 size without loss of detail.

How complicated is it to add the floor plans to property particulars?

  • The plans can be sent by email in the format(s) to suit your requirements and simply inserted into your documents:-  as part of a Word® document for you to use for particulars, as a large GIF file for printing, as a smaller JPG file for your website presentations and a PDF file for internet browsers to print. We are also happy to provide all these files on a CD and a printed hard copy.

Can The Right Plan provide a complete presentation brochure?

  • Yes. The Right Plan can design and produce a 2 sided (A4)  or 4 sided (A3 with fold) brochure by quotation. We can supply double sided prints on high quality glossy paper or, if you prefer, we can email the brochure to you to print yourself or to forward to professional printers.
