Our standard service includes a visit to the property in order to make sketches and take all the necessary measurements required for an accurate floor plan. (We use laser measures for their accuracy and speed.) Our aim is to submit a faxed copy for your approval within 48 hours, subject to gaining access to the property. (Although, more often than not we will deliver earlier than scheduled.)
For regular customers, we are happy to co-ordinate our plans with your corporate style.
Alternatively, you can provide your own sketch of the property from which we will produce a set of plans within 24 hours.
NEW We can create interactive 2D plans , smoothly integrating descriptions, pictures, maps and full brochures.
NEW For a small extra charge we will have your the 2D plans converted into a dynamic 3D floorplan that can be used on your website, on a third party website or sent to you as a .wmv file. They can even be sent to clients to view on their mobile phones.
We are happy to work with you in any capacity, from providing a comprehensive service for all your instructions to the occasional pampering of your most prestigious clients.
If you wish to offer floor plans as an optional extra, we will be happy to provide you with pamphlets explaining our services for distribution to your clients.
Our 2D plans can be provided in a number of formats, including wmf, jpeg & gif files for easier internet/brochure use, pdf for easy internet printing or on paper and CD.
We are happy to accept your instructions by phone, fax, or Online Order Form .
All our plans meet the requirements of the Property Misdescriptions Act and are prepared to RICS/ISVA guidelines.
We will soon be able to offer the additional service options of property particulars, digital photography and complete brochures; thus providing a comprehensive service to estate agents, letting agents and individuals.
